What are the Benefits of Manual Therapy?

Manual therapy is a general term for hands on therapies.  It can include myofascial work, dry needling, cupping, joint mobilization / manipulation, and a host of other hands on therapies.  The goals are to reduce pain and improve movement without medications, injections, or unnecessary surgeries.

Do I need a referral?

You do not need a referral from your physician.  In Ohio, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Chiropractors have direct access.  This means you can contact us directly for the first line of assessment and treatment. Avoid the hassle of going through the system and get relief immediately.  Upon request, we can send the results of your evaluation to your physician of choice.  If your pain requires additional medical attention we will refer to the appropriate sources.
