We offer classes every day of the week and personal training M-F!

 

Group Class Schedule: Monday- Friday: 5:30 am, 6:30 am, 11:00 am, 4:30 pm, 5:30 pm, & 6:30pm

 

Saturday & Sunday: 8 and 9 am
